This historic speech was delivered 9 days after the terrorist attacks of September 11th.This is a Large series VIP presentation copy which is much larger than the Congressional copy (see 4th photo for size reference)measures 7 \" X 11\",. The address was issued by the White House and presented only to top VIP\'s in attendance.The Presidential Seal is embossed in metallic gold with great detail, The full address is 8 pages long. A very rare and difficult piece to acquire, I was informed that only 200 hundred of the large series were ever printed.
The signature of President Bush on the cover of the address is in ink but I was informed that it is an auto-pen (not a hand signature) and I am selling it as such.I obtained this copy directly from a former Bush advance person who informed me that it had been signed by an auto-pen machine.
