A stunning Georgian 18ct gold large ring which has a central black hardstone cameo of a goddess which measures approx 20mm x 9mm. The face of the ring measures 2.1cm x 1cm and is set with 3 white sparkly old mine cut diamonds in each corner (a total of 12).
The raised open scrolled gallery stands 5mm off the finger. The shoulders are made up of 3 x 1.5mm bands leading to the thick heavy shank which measures 5.5mm wide and is a size W. It is unmarked but tests as 18ct gold. It was possibly once inscribed inside but that is now illegible.
