Ultra-rare collectible German 1920-30s tailored suit in size UK/US 38 (EU 48)Fabric: White nettle cloth. Made from the fibres of nettles, this cloth was extremely sturdy, yet smooth and with an elegant shine. Cut: Three-button single-breasted notch-lapel coat with no shoulder padding (ca. 1928-1932).
Trousers with pleats, wide legs and buttons for suspenders or loops for belt.Buttons: Light brown corozoFabrication: This suit was made by the famous Hannover mens clothing manufacturer \"J.W. Sältzer\".Through and through genuine late 1920\'s to early 1930\'s style and craftsmanship. No holes, tears or spots - perfectly wearable condition.Sleeves 61 cm / 24 in

The sleeves reach exactly the hem of the jacket - it obviously is from the very late-20\'s to 1932 period, when German jackets were really short.
Fits also with the unpadded shoulders.

Mannequin is about Size 38-40.

It would best fit a wearer of 38 Short to Regular.

I can expertly shorten or lengthen the trousers and sleeves if desired.
