Hand Made German Solid Silver HallmarkedBowl with Chased Fruit Motif

Presentedis a high hand crafted solid silver chased bowl hallmarked for German 800silver; American standard sterling silver is 925, so there is slightly lesssilver in this alloy. This beautiful piece has a dynamic beaded and gadroonedframing surrounding a mixed fruit mélange and a scalloped edge. It has no dentsor dings and only some scratches from gentle use and care with no monogram. Itis an excellent example of the silver smiths’ art and a great find for thesilver collector.
