Circa 1870 -1880 Original Stereoview by W.H.Tipton of the \"Devil\'s Den\" area of the Gettysburg Battlefield. No. 542- \"Southern Entrance to \'Devil\'s Den,\' near Round Top. Confederate Position.\" Very nice tones and contrast, young boy perched high on the boulders. The stereo images are mounted on a bright red card stock in front, some discoloration at bottom as show. Back of card, pink in color, has a store sticker applied, \"From James Cremer\'s Stereoscopic Emporium, 15th South Eighth Street, Philadelphia.\"
