It is a revolving piece and includes the adapter. When you plug it in there are 16 red lights that surround the canopy and 8 yellow lights inside. It has an on/off button. When you push the button \"On\", the figures revolve and the music plays. If you don\'t push the \"Off\" button it will go for 1 minute and stop by itself. Height: 9\"
