Glass Beer Mug Krug 3 7/8\" Coronation Queen Elizabeth II 1953 Royal Lion UnicornThis glass beer mug or krug was made to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. In the middle is a crest with ERII (Elizabeth Regina) and the words \"Coronation 2nd June 1953\". There isa crowned lion (symbolizing England) on the left anda crowned and chained unicorn (symbolizing Scotland) on the right, both holding the crown above.
On the underside is the number \"4\"
The thickness of the glass helps keeps the beer cold and the handle allows for a firm grip and to prevent heat transfer from your hand to the beer. The wide mouth of the mug allows for plenty of aroma to be released.
