You are offerding on the 5-1/2” figurine Birthday Candle. Stamped in the porcelain is “1983”. Stamped in blue is “Celebrating 10 years of the Goebel Collectors’ Club”, “Exclusive special edition No. 10 for Members of the Goebel Collectors’ Club” and “1983”. This figurine also has a wax candle, which is slightly bent. The plastic label is on the side. The figurine is in excellent condition. There is, however, something loose inside the figure because I hear rattling when I move the piece. I cannot see any damage on the outside.
