Offered for sale is a very interesting letter from Henry Bardshar before he went on to serve with the Rough Riders in Cuba during the Spanish American War. He was a gold miner out in Prescott Arizona Territory. The Letter is dated March 25, 1899 and in the heading it says Copper Creek Arizona and then it is postmarked Hillside Arizona. Apparently Copper Creek didn\'t have a post office yet. From what I understand Copper Creek is now a ghost town. The letter is written on Gold Leaf Mining Company letterhead. The letter is 1 page with writing on front and back.
