This is an Awesome Antique French Tole Wall Hanging Clock. It is an older piece that is made out of metal with its original pink paint and hand painted flowers. This gorgeous clock is for decretive purpose, but someone has added a clock battery to the back which I am not sure if it works (not tested). It is in overall good antique condition with no broken pieces, just wear, aged patina age spots missing paint (see close ups). What a wonderful unique display to add to your wall.
It measures about 19-19.5\" in diameter (not a perfect circle) and 4.5\" deep.
