This is an incredibly intact sterling silver christening set. The spoon has a modified pattern and has similar, but different initial monogram. I was able to track the Acanthus pattern down, and it is very rare as it had to be completely hand engraved and finished, which added a considerable amount to the cost. This is a set of three sterling silver pieces in its original satin lined box. From the estate of shipping magnate John Thompson.
