We are pleased to offer this important turn of the century Gorham sterling special hallmark Dragon ewer & mask and floral stand.

The set fashioned after the 17th century Renaissance Revival design.

Beautifully raised hand carved fruit and floral sprays.

Boldly cast dragon or serpent head handle. Urn knop with petal fluted dome cover.

The matching special hallmark stand in twelve petal form, raised center.

The petals with winged demon mark alternating with ribbon framed twin cornucopia.

Never monogrammed.

Gorham sterling Dragon handle ewer is 15 1/2 inches and mask & floral stand is 16 inches set weighs 95 1/2 (standard) ounces.

Hallmarked as shown. Including Gorham special hallmarks B C E (bit rubbed), see Carpenter\'s text on such marks.

In excellent condition. Rich, lustreous sterling patina throughout. The dragon handle, shell and floral retain their original hand chased detail. Stands firm on table or museum display shelf. Mild wear.
