It would not have been decorated on the interior, however. After 1900, potters were encouraged by traders Thomas Keamand Lorenzo Hubbellto produce products for sale. Pictorial designs were particularly desirable as tourists were likely to prefer those over geometric designs.\"
This fine old Hopi Bowl has an awesome bird decoration and feet which are designed like TEEPEES. The paint decoration is in pristine condition. Measures 5 1/2\" diameter x 2 1/3\" height.
