Here\'s a great variety of 14 dug Civil War bullets. In this group you will find several CS Gardner two ringers both .54 and .58 calibers, a pair of Swedge Base three ringers with 5 and 6 swedges, two Enfields, two Type III Williams Cleaners, a Merrill Carbine, a Burnside Carbine, a Ringtail Sharps, and a Sharps with a small hollow base. Most of these bullets are dropped examples however I see one of the CS Gardners two ringers has been shot. These bullets may have war related scars or digger hits.
All of these bullets were dug south of Richmond mostly in the Bermuda Hundred and Petersburg areas.
These bullets do not contain any powder. It would take many hours of relic hunting to find this great variety of Civil War bullets.
