Delphinium or This dynamic botanical folio is from M. P. Verneuil\'s scarce work Encyclopedie Artistique et Documentaire de La Plante. The work was published in Paris by Librarie Centrale des Beaux-Arts between 1904 and 1908.

Verneuil was considered the most talented pupil of the noted Eugene Grasset. Many of the striking lithographs feature coloring heightened with silver and gold.
