Floyd Shover, 191 Home avenue, who has a peculiar hobby of collecting hand cancelled postage stamps, is displaying his collection at the Public library. He works from a list of towns so small that their postoffices do not have cancelling machines and the postmaster does it by hand. Many of the envelopes are decorated with drawings of famous persons, and the stamps on them are of special commemorative issues
