Running well and keeping great time. A very rare Military time piece.

Very Rare vintage HAMILTON U.S. Govt. Military pocket watch, with the scarce 12 Hour white Montgomery dial, (much less common then the black 24 hour dial version). Movement marked \"4992B, 22 Jewels, Adj. Temp. And 6 Positions\", serial number 4C57069,(Hamilton factory records for 4C series watches in the 4C57xxx range show the finish dates are in 1942). This movement is stem set and has the Hack Seconds feature, along with the sweep seconds hand. The movement looks very nice, it winds and sets smoothly, and it keeps good time. Case shows wear on the back.

Bezel and back screw on and off properly, the bow shows no wear and is firm, the glass crystal is nice. Hour & minute hands are black, sweep second hand is black.
