Stupendous vintage Native American handmade bracelet featuring 5 turquoise stones set on a band of braided heavy wire that is secured at the terminals with silver tabs. This piece was part of a collection that we purchased a while back from a private collector Everett Thomas who liquidated his collection of over 800 bracelets last year. We were lucky enough to get the opportunity to purchase over 100 of them. Everett had been collecting Native American bracelets for many years and had them scattered all over his home in display cases. Another large portion was sold by Bonhams however this piece came directly from him.
This fantastic bracelet is extremely well made and very attractive on the wrist. Unfortunately we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our camera making it difficult to capture how attractive this piece really is. The silver drops between each of the stones are perfectly spaces giving the bracelet exquisite balance. Even the blue turquoise stone on the end looks great and unique without drawing too much attention so that is becomes distracting. It blends quite well and is believed to be original to the piece.
A wonderful heavy high quality Native American handmade bracelet of this age is RARE to find these days so DON'T let this one go. As it was a great addition to Everetts collection, it will also be to the next lucky owner. PLUS IT IS TOTALLY WEARABLE!
