You are looking at a charming dancing elephant on top of a circus ball by Herend.

The famous fishnet décor adorning many of the animals took form in 1858 when a Herend painter became inspired by a fish scale design he saw on a Chinese porcelain plate and painted a similar pattern onto a rooster figurine to imitate feathers. The rest is history, with the fishnet design now a Herend signature prized worldwide.

-Very good pre-owned condition. I see no imperfections.

-It measures 2 3/8\'\'T x 2 1/2\"W x 1 1/2\"D.

-It retails for $165.

-With 24k gold accents.
