THIS BEAUTIFUL FIGURINE FROM ROYAL DOULTON IS THE YOUNG MISS NIGHTINGALE.Miss Nightingale was designed by M. Davies and was issued between 1948-1953. She has the Royal Doulton backstamp. The Young Miss Nightingale is from the Period Figures in English History series. She is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. She does have a small paint skip on her dress located between the handle of her umbrella and her coat. No other issues are noted. She is a beautiful figurine, see last picture.The Young Miss Nightingale stands approximately 9-1/4\".
