Thisoffering is a vintage Holt Howard Cozy Kitten Salt and Pepper Shaker Set from1958. The “boy” cat has a blue scarf,and the “girl” cat has a pink scarf. Theirfaces are painted in a detailed manner, with green eyes and blue eyelids, pinkmouths, and black noses and whiskers.

Eachmeasures about 4 \" x 2\" x 2-1/2\"

Thesevintage shakers still have their original \"squeekers\" that were supposedto allow them to Meow when shaking out their ingredients; they long stoppedworking (and might not be “anchored”) so the kitties are quiet but their spiritlives on. They both also have theiroriginal stoppers.

Theblue ribbon cat has a minor chip on the upright and the ear where shown; thepink ribbon cat has a minor front/base edge glazing issue.
