You are offerding on an original antique print from 1893. It is a fine photogravure, by Oscar Matthiesen. Exquisitely drawn.

It shows two draft horses pulling a heavy load along the Seine River in France. It shows the harsh treatment of these noble animals in the 19th Century. Given their color, location and look, they are probably Percheron draft horses.

The page measures approximately11.5 x 16 inches (29 x40 cm). The back of the print is blank and it is on rich paper.The page is in excellent condition for its age.

This is NOT a recent copy or modern reproduction, but a GENUINE antique item.
