A beautiful andhard to find red satin Gone With The Wind oil lamp.

Embossedglass in flowery irispattern with rough red satin outside and glossy redinsideglass decoration, matching ballshade. Some would say the glass made by Pittsburgh Lamp, does to me look more like Fostoria, ca. 1895 - 1905. Whoever made the glass, the lampfound in the home as original andlightly used fitted with typical National Brass Reading PA and P&Ametal work including foot, canister,brass drop in font, and a MacBeth 18 Chimney.

Large Lamp,measures 26 1/2\"tall to the top of the chimney, 23\" to the top of the shade, 11 1/2\" to the top of the fontring,6\" across the fancyfoot base.Compare with other items (Not Included!) in the last photo.

The lamp is in greatcondition. The glass on the font and shade with no chips or cracks, rather crude and bubbly, good age patina on themetal work, dust and spider webs and dirt as found from the house. The font still in oil, will hold fuel and burn great.Greatred Lamp!!
