Up for sale is this high quality Zenith Hudson car radio. This radio has been cleaned and serviced, it plays like new.All controls operate smoothly and as they should. The dial lights up. This radio has strong reception with great sound quality. The original vibrator was worn out. I will include the original Zenithvibrator shipped with the radio in case someone would like to re-build the vibrator. This radio has been cleaned, and mechanical areas lubricated, all resistors were tested and out of tolerance resistors were replaced. All high voltage capacitors were replaced. The radio tuning and IF circuits were aligned. The leads show signs of ware but they are in good condition. Please remember to set the antenna trimmer to suit your antenna setup. This radio shows signs of ware but it looks great considering its age of around 70 years. This is a six volt type. I don\'t know what one would do with this, but it is fun to listen to and it is strong enough to use for Dexing. Theradio chassis \"purrs\" with the vibrator sound whichsomeold folks will remember. The model number is ZH 161954. This is a very well built Zenith unit.
