Batik African wall hanging from Nairobi, Kenya. 74\" long and 42\" wide. I doubt there is another one like this anywhere. The long edges, the top and the bottom, are finished as they are bias edges. The sides are unfinished. The fabric is medium to heavy grade. Genuine African batik art. Beautiful bright colors contrasted with dark such as the Africans like to wear and use in art: orange, yellow, black. The piece has been folded and may have fold marks. The piece is laying lengthwise on a queen-size bed in the pictures. The last two pictures are of the reverse side. Very rare; very large piece. Would look amazing framed.
