HUMMEL 281 - RARE EARLY SAMPLE with trademark 5. Only sold with trademark 6. This is a rare early sample piece from the Goebel Factory Archives with the metal Goebel Archive seal attached.

The Hummel plate you see in the photographs is the actual plate you will receive. Nothing else is included in the sale. There is no original box for this piece. Two photos show this plate in our curio cabinet with other Hummel figurines. NO OTHER FIGURINES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. THIS sale IS ONLY FOR THE ONE HUMMEL PLATE # 281.

This Hummel is in good used condition with no crazing, chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. It is a bit \"dirty\" because it was stored in the Goebel archives sample room and we never cleaned it when we received it.We displayed it as is. If you want a sparkling clean like new piece, this is NOT for you. The \"dirt\" adds to the uniqueness of this piece.

This rareplate has a trademark 5, Goebel archive seal, and red line \"X\" indicating it was an earlypainters sample piece. We are slowly selling our Hummel collection.
