I Did not DARE eliminate the patina, but I lightly buffed the raised areas to lend depth to the exquisite detAils on this \"plate\" wall sculpture/hanging. I act like I know everything- but, yeah- I DON\'T. Lol.

The mark on the back hasn\'t been identified yet- any generous soul who does know- I\'d be eternally grateful!!
