The plant made plutonium which was shipped to New Mexico and used in bomb on Nagasaki. Badge measures approximately 2 3/4\" in length x 2\". It has eagle at top with Hanford underneath then Engineer Works State of Washington Patrolman. It has some plate loss. Back of badge has screws that have replaced pin. It also has two nuts that work well. There is no manufacturers mark. Overall condition of this unusual historical badge from WWII era. Please email us with any questions.
