This The Herald, Hark The Herald card features the lyrics to Hark The Herald Angels Sing in Old English style lettering set on an ancient scroll adorned with festive fresh holly sprigs with bright red berries, and simply and elegantly says \"A Happy Christmas.\"
But wait, this listing is not just for this wonderful vintage Christmas card, it\'s also available as a wall, door, or window decal, or, as a fine art print on either fine art paper, fine art canvas, or, as a gallery wrapped canvas print ready to hang when it arrives on your doorstep. The card measures 5\" wide x 7\" tall and comes complete with a coordinated white envelope. The inside of the card is intentionally blank so you can add your own special Holiday message. This vintage Raphael Tuck & SonsHark The Herald Angels Singprint is from a collection of Christmas images from the late 1800\'s and early 1900\'s popularized in merry old England by Raphael Tuck & Sons.
While these prints are from yesteryear, we\'ve remastered them with the touch ups necessary to restore them to their original glory as much as possible so they are perfect for your Christmas & Holiday decor, inside and out.
ABOUT RAPHAEL TUCK & SONS:Raphael Tuck & Sons was a business started by Raphael Tuck and his wife in Bishopsgate in the City of London on October 1866, selling pictures and greeting cards, and eventually selling postcards, the latter being the most successful.
Their business was one of the most well known in the \'postcard boom\' of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Their contributions left a lasting effect on most of the artistic world. During The Blitz, the company headquarters, Raphael House, was destroyed including the originals for most of their series. The company never fully recovered.
