Up for sale is a 1947 Harley Davidson WL Solo rebuild. I am selling the Motor Cycle for my brother-in-law who is moving back to California from Texas. He got the bike from a friend in 1997 who put the bike together to match 1947 model. 1947 Frame, Engine, Chain transmission,carburator, and much more. The bike is 1947 however it has a 1996 title as the bike did not have a title when my brother-in-law took possession. When my brother-in-law took possession he had a few modifications done including new carburetor, replaced the transmission chain with belt drive, removed the reverse drive and a few other cosmetics. He had the work down on the bike to make the modifications atAmerican Image of Santa Cruze and has all the records. He kept the original parts which you can see in the pictures. The bike is in good working condition and is eye candy to everyone you drive by! The bike was last run 2 years ago when he moved to Texas. All the fluids were drained and prepared for storage. It has beenstored in his home in California and now located in Austin, Texas. He is moving back toCalifornia and does not want to transport the bike again. The Vehicle ID CA457927, engine # 28580. The exact mileage is not known as I had the speedometer repaired.
