Items on my listings are from three estates that had very nicestuff that was either new or slightly used in most cases. Collector items werestored in plastic bins at a 60 to 70-degree room tempter. No pets in home. I will never say anything is in excellent orperfect condition. Please don’t assume that anything is in perfect collectorcondition. However, I will rate the items as new which were never used juststored as explained above. If I say an item is in good condition then it wasused and maintained correctly in my opinion above average condition. If I markan item in fair condition then it shows wear either on box or on the itemitself. Please look at photos I will post anything out of the ordinary witha photo to show the wear. Don’t quoit me on my ratings because you may not havethe same ratings as me. Please be awarewhat you are buying and inspect the photos. Remember stuff on isn’tnew off the shelf it is pre-owned even if it is new old stock in box. Ask questions if need to before offerdingplease.
