This piece includes all original piecesand is in near mint condition. It includes two Leatherface figures (both inmint condition). The house comes with a certificate of authenticity fromHawthorne Village as well as original foam box and switch light to illuminatethe house from the iconic film.

Aboutthe collection: Beginning in 2004, Hawthorne Village began catering to thehorror fan with the Hawthorne Village of Horror Classics, a run of iconichorror movie locations that began with three choice locations from A Nightmareon Elm Street, Friday the 13th and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which includedmini figurines of the villains from each of the films. From there, the linegrew to include several other locales from those three films, as well as newadditions from Dawn of the Dead and Bride of Chucky. The Doyle House from JohnCarpenter\'s Halloween was also made. The collection was offered on asubscription basis and recent research has shown that only 15 houses are knownto be available for purchase.

I don’t believe itwas ever displayed and is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or otherdamage that I could see.
