Base is triangular with 3 feet. Marked as shown Olympic Tool Co. 65-130. I\'m guessing that means it was made in 1965.
This is a real heavy base, a thick stainless steel shaft, 3 large knurled knobs and a measuring pointer on smaller shaft.
All looks good and usable.
