A true andrareclassic sofa by Herman Miller \"THE 3473\" Sofa. Sofa is a true Eames piece and was only produced for a number of years in the early sixties. Sofa needs acompleterestoration and new upholstery....a Girard upholstery would look stunning. Very few dealers even have this sofa for sale. This is a rare opportunity to own an Eames Classic Sofa. Limited in production and scale. I have only seen one other in NYC at a high end dealer....price tag was close to $7000.00 The aluminum legs are intact and no repairs or cracks or rewelds of any kind. Legs are one piece and are beautiful in form....like a sculpture. Don\'t let this get away......... This was owned by a well known Architect in Manhattan. I acquired the piece thru him and hate to let it go....... I even had purchased some Maharam upholstery for it but never got around to it. A true gem.
