Up for sale is a copy of an ORIGINAL and HISTORIC Newspaper \"BOSTON DAILY EVENING TRANSCRIPT\" - dated Thursday Evening, September 15, 1870. Published by Henry W. Dutton & Son, Proprietors.
Includes, advertisement, wants, schools, rooms, sale sales, for sale, railroad train information, for rent, bankruptcy proceedings, and much, much more!
It is a large 2 page (4 pages front and back) newspaper. The paper measures approximately 21\" x 27\".
The paper is in Good condition. There is some wear to the paper - there are some creases and tears along the edges. The close to 150 year old paper also suffers from some age-related browning and type fading. There are a few holes in some of the articles, as well.
This is an incredible chance to read about our countries history on the original day it was reported! A great opportunity for any collector or history buff to own a true piece of American history!
