Old horse/pony drawn 2 wheel cart. As shown, not currently functional to use with pony. Believe this was used to sell flowers at a country roadside stand. With some work, could still be used with a horse if you choose. Nice garden or barnyard decorative item. Been painted different colors a few time. Wheels are solid, little or no wobble of axle.
