Offering this exquisite Antique French Limoges/Sevres vase/lamp made Ca: 1910. The lamp measures aprox. 32\" tall to finial, 19\" tall to top of porcelain vase, and 9\" wide from handle to handle. This lamp is one of my personal favorites, having had several Limoges/Sevres urns and vases in the past (Please note: I did not remove the base on this piece to check for a makers mark, I am selling it for what I believe it to be, from my experience. I absolutelylove the pastel colors, and the beautiful; long golden haired muse, surrounded by putti\'s, in the center of the lamp. On the back of the lamp, a faint fortress/church can be seen in the forest, with a figure standingon a roof top.The paintingis signed by theartist, \"Maud H. Purdy\". TheHighQuality Workmanship, GreatDetail, and Precision, found in the painting,is evidence of a very Skilled Artist, and is the bestindicatorof Quality, in French porcelain pieces.(see photos). The handles on this lampare figural birds, and the base is elaborately casted, with lions heads, terminating in a paw foot.
