Declaration of Independence, limited edition of 200

Produced in conjunction with several1776 - 1976 commemorative pieces by Aldo Falchi and King\'s Porcelain in Italy

This masterpiece was inspired by the famous American painting by Colonel John Trumbell. It stands 20\" in height with a width of 26\" and a depth of 16\". It is very heavy. There are 11 famous American statesmen illustrated and faithfully reproduced in this piece. Two are standing alongside the American Flag and one is standing at the extreme end of the conference table. The others are seated. Included are Thomas Jefferson, Charles Thomson, Philip Livingston, Arthur Middleton, John Hancock, Roger Sherman, John Adams, Robert Livingston, Benjamin Franklin, Richard Henry Lee, and Edward Rutledge.

The estate that purchased this piece paid many thousands of dollars for it when it was first issued.

This porcelain sculpture has damage - one of the seat backs has broken off. The parts are available and should be an easy repair.

Another one of these limited editions of the Declaration of Independence is in the Gerald Ford Museum. Other information is available upon request.

Because of the fragile nature of this large piece, I did not move it for taking pictures. It would need to be picked up as shipping would be extremely risky.
