A beautiful Shirley Temple doll with shiny-blond mohair wig with sausage curls intact! Original royal blue, velvet vest and beret (some fading of beret and vest as she was in her box for awhile with broken pieces)! But, while she’s been in my care she’s always been kept out of sunlight.Her vest has a pink and green flowered, yarn applique on it with silk pink/green fowered stitching on either side!
Shirley’s crisp taffeta dress with Peter Pan collar has pale blue organdy collar trim on inside of dress. Her dress retains its original pleats!The back dress closure is lined in organdy. It has 2 thin button closures.Her dress has the #20 tag sewn into her inside-rear, dress seam.
Her crisp onsie has its #20 tag sewn inside of the rear, skirt seam! The onsie skirt has its pleats intact! It’s trimmed with Belgium Val Lace. Her panties are attached also trimmed in stiff, Belgium Val Lace!
Her original ST pin, with writing on the side, is excellent with no rust underneath it!Full upper, sable-colored, human-hair lashes! Bright, lower painted lashes. Triple feathered eyebrows and accented nostrils. Eye open-shut mechanism works very nicely. Dark, hazel eyes have crystallized (darker than shown in photos).
Excellent, flesh tone composition with original, even finish (no broken fingers), with a light, sparse, short, spider craze line here and there. Adorable dimples and cupped fingers (like she wants to hold your hand)!
20 inches/ 50.8CM in height, five-piece composition body. The nape of her head is stamped clearly in raised letters, \"Shirley Temple, Ideal\". Her back is also stamped in raised letters, \"Shirley Temple” with the number 20.
