The cover is in good condition, with the exception of some white and red spots, two light stamps on the front cover, and some minimal creasing and staining on the back cover. The music is in great condition, though there are some places where the ink from the cover shows through on the first page of music as well as a few stains and some writing in pencil in the top-right corner of page three. There are four pages of music and one song excerpt.
