In this sale you are offerding on an Authentic Igor Carl Faberge Imperial Clock. This beautiful clock is mounted with a sterling gilt face setwith ten rubies. The clock was designed by Igor Carl Faberge and is one of thelast pieces produced at Faberge\'s Geneva atelier before the firm was sold bythe family in the mid-1980s. The design of the clock\'s case is styledafter the sweeping rococo lines of the grand staircase in the famed HermitageMuseum (formerly the Winter Palace) in St. Petersburg, Russia. This motif iscarried through in the design of the minted gold-on-sterling face. Ten facetedrubies highlight the design and distinguish the quarter hours on the dial. Theclock has an 11-jeweled movement. The case is brass plated in 24K yellow gold.The movement is visible through glass panels on either side of the case, and a windowbeneath the sculptured handle reveals the balanced \"heart\" of themechanism. The clock measures approximately 5.5\" H including thehandle x 3\"W x 2.5\"D. The registration number 1723 is engraved on theback of the clock along with the name Igor Carl Faberge.

This Clock was stored in a China cabinet since it was purchased so it is in excellent cosmetic condition. There are no scratches or any other marks on this beautiful piece. This item comesdoes not come with its original key. It does come witha wind key but not thetime set key. The clock is being sold as is. It does not include the original box or papers.It is in perfect working order. See pictures for details.
