This is a Russian Imperial Award given to a gentleman in Kiev in 1913. The organization is identified on the lower edge of the zheton front: Sobraniye Domovladeltsev g. Kieva/\"Собрание Домовладельцевь г. Киева\"/ Society of Domovladeltsy in the city of Kiev.The top loop has a gold hallmark, which we cannot read.
This jheton is an award from the Society of Domovladeltsev for ten years of service from 1903 to 1913. There may have been a small decoration on each side of the Hat of Monomakh where two tiny pins remain, but we do not have them. Top center has an icon of Archangel Michael with blue enamel on the background. On the top loop there is a hallmark, but we cannot decipher it. The reward weighs 16-18 grams. Not Faberge, but of equal quality of workmanship.
