A museum worthy Victorian sterling silver Armada ewer.

One of the most sought after of all Victorian designs.

Only crafted for 25 years or so.

Irish examples are almost never found.

Classic slender tapering neck bottle form.

Later 25th anniversary presentation. Opposite second engraving.

Flanked by mermaid and merman, tiny wings and hands raised high.

God of the Seas Neptune.

Leopard with flowing, satin like mane.

Unique pistol grip handle. The design only found on Armada ewers.

Interior gilt neck and under cover.

The Armada ewer is 14 1/2 inches weighs 36 1/2 (standard) ounces.

Hallmarked as shown.

In excellent condition. Rich, lustreous sterling patina throughout.

Retains original hand chased detail. The pistol grip handle works fine.
