Oasis Handicrafts is a non-profit project which helps Xinjiang minority women with low or no incomes. This rug is beautifully done in bright colors. It is still in plastic but does have clear tape on the paper description. I am selling to you the way I received this. I will not do a refund as I will provide lots of pictures and give a description to the best of my knowledge.
