Because of the high value of this coat we have set the following procedures in order to protect ourselves and give you the confidence of a safe transaction.

This coat will NOT be shipped by a carrier. We will deliver it by hand to a location of our choosing close to where you are.
We are based in NYC and will deliver the coat to a town within 150 miles from NYC. This is a circle covering approximately Atlantic City, NJ / Philadelphia, PA / Scranton, PA / Albany, NY / Hartford, CT / and the whole of Long Island. If you live a reasonable distance outside this circle please contact us to see if we can make arrangements.
At the place we meet you will have plenty of time to try and thoroughly inspect the coat. You can refuse the coat for any reason, even if that reason is simply “I just do not like it.”, in which case we will cancel your transaction with no penalty to you.
If you decide to keep the coat we will go to your bank where you will purchase ONE Cashier’s Check in front of us for the exact purchase price (for NY State residents: plus applicable sales tax – based on your shipping address). Before you put away the Cashier’s Check we need to copy the check’s number to both notarized receipts (see below). You pay the fee for the Cashier’s Check.
From the bank we need to go to the closest Public Notary if your bank does not provide such a service. At that place we will notarize two receipts – one for you, notarizing our acceptance of the Cashier’s Check as a payment for the coat, the other for us, notarizing your acceptance of the coat in exchange for the Cashier’s Check.
Before we complete the exchange we need to complete the transaction through . In order to do that you need to bring an internet connected device (smart phone, tablet, or laptop) in order to confirm the receipt of the item. We will bring our own device to confirm the receipt of payment. If you do not have a mobile internet we can provide you a “hot-spot” connection. Once the transaction is completed through we will exchange the coat, the Cashier’s Check and the receipts.
Payment has to be made only with one Cashier’s Check. We will NOT accept a combination of payments.
Make sure that you have the funds available in advance. Some banks will not let you purchase a large sum Cashier’s Check even if the funds show as available, if there was a recent check deposit which has not yet completely cleared.
For this item we do not accept returns. If you are not the person that will be wearing the coat, have them be present to try it before completing the transaction.

International Shipping

We use \'s Global Shipping Program for international shipments. Please be aware that depending on where you live, various taxes and / or import duties may apply. Domestic Shipping

We provide free USPS domestic (USA) shipping on most orders. We reserve the right to ship with a different carrier if it is more economical. If you need your item shipped with a different carrier or received by a certain date, please contact us before making a payment.Orders with a total value over $250 will require signature delivery confirmation.

New York State Buyers

We must collect sales tax on any purchase that ships to a New York State address. This includes sales tax on the actual shipping cost even if the item ships at no charge to you.
’s system allows for only a single, flat tax rate regardless of which county in New York State the item ships to. Therefore, we have to collect the maximum percentage sales tax of 8.875 % and when tha actual rate is lower or the item is tax exempt we will issue the appropriate refund within one business day of your purchase.

Return Policy

We have a \"Hassle-Free\" return policy. Full refund will be issued as long as the item is returned in the original condition. We use \'s default rules for our return policy:- All returns are accepted.- The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.When returning an item worth $250 or more, shipping insurance and signature delivery confirmation are strongly recommended. Conversely, if the item DOES fit you well, then there is a good chance that most of our other luxury items will fit you as well.
