I am the original owner selling one pair of vintage JBL passive speakers, model MR825. Speakers are fully functional and in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition. I am selling these speakers as I have down-sized and no longer need them. The speakers are approximately 20 years old and were purchased by me new. They have been maintained well and have never been pushed hard. I have kept these speakers as a backup set but they have not been used at a gig for about a five year period. They have been periodically tested and cleaned during that time.

This sale includes a pair of JBL speakers plus a pair of heavy gauge speaker wires (1/4\" to 1/4\" that are 25 feet in length each).

These are rugged, heavy duty speakers with a heavy magnet and a heavt wood structure covered with vinyl. There are minor scratches from use and I have provided photos from all sides. The grills are in great condition and have no dents. The speakers weigh about 60 pounds each. Today\'s speakers are not made this rugged and are not as heavy duty.

The speakers are rated at 1000 watts peak. They are approximately 26 inches tall by 19.5 inches wide by 13.5 inches deep. These speakers are ready to serve their next owner for work as a disc jockey, PA system, karaoke operator, or band, gentlemen\'s club or night club.
