Up for offer is this original oil painting. I Believe this to be Japanese. I see that the paper has what looks like a watermark on the bottom as shown in pic Two. I have taken this out of the frame and run my hand over the art work and can feel the oil paint, I see no other marks. No damage or restoration. Good Luck!
