Hand-made hooked rug, made by my perfectionist mother. It is too sad for me to keep it now that she is gone, and I would like it to go to a good home. It\'s beautifully made, with loving care. My mother was a volunteer for Hadassah, Sisterhood and Jewish War Veterans, Ladies\' Auxiliary for many years and performed many mitzvahs. Perfectly finished on the back for hanging on the wall. Just in time to give as a Jewish holiday gift, or as a welcome in your home. It measures 17\" by 48\". The burnt sienna or burgundy is the color of the details, including wine chalice, Star of David and what is not really a menorah but looks like one, and the Shalom and leaves. The background color is more of a dark cream--slightly darker than the photograph. Please contact me for further questions. I think she made it in the 80\'s, and it is in near mint condition.
