This is an incredible find and a very rare piece found at an estate sale. I see no chips on it at all. There is a slight line across the middle that I tried to capture in the pictures. This is not a crack as it is smooth. This dish appears to be handpainted in gold and this is obvious with the butterflies. It measures about 10 1/4 inches wide by about 7 1/8. The handpainted gold handle is also without chips or cracks. What a find!!
