Offered is a very rare solid silver \"Large Hallmark\" Dunhill Tallboy pocket lighter.

Made specially to commemorate the 1935 Silver Jubilee of George V and Queen Mary, the \"Large Hallmark\" Dunhill Tallboy featured the unique stamp of the King and Queen together.

The Tallboy design was patented by Cartier and produced under licence by Dunhill, hence why its marked Cartier and Dunhill.

The large hallmark models are extremely rare, made to commemorate important Royal events and manufactured in very limited numbers, they are very hard to find. I believe the other Large Hallmark model was made in 1953 to celebrate the Coronation of Elizabeth 11,

The lighter is complete and working, with soft areas particularly around the flint wheel, please study the images they form part of the description.

Please note to meet with shipping regulations lighters are shipped without fuel or flint,if you wish to use the lighter or have it in working condition you will have to add flint and fuel, so technically lighter is sold as not working.

SHIPPING COSTS.

The Royal Mail will no longer ship lighters, they find them, throw them away and then send you a letter threatening prosecution if they catch you trying to send any more, so please don\'t ask me to send any lighters via the Royal Mail as I don\'t and wont.

I use a specialist courier, its a expensive service and I subsidise shipping costs myself.
